Description
A Chevrolet Tahoe already takes up its share of the parking lot, and doors that swing up instead of out change how the whole truck reads. This Vertical Doors, Inc. kit converts the factory doors on the 2000-2006 Tahoe to open vertically, and it fits every trim from 2000 through 2006. The hinges mount to the factory bolt pattern, so this is a bolt-on conversion rather than a cut-and-weld job, and it can be taken back to stock if you ever want the original doors back.

- 2 Vertical Doors, Inc. lambo door hinges, one for each side
- 2 gas shocks to control the swing
- All mounting hardware
One note on this platform: GM trucks and SUVs from 2006 and earlier left the factory with welded-on door hinges, so plan on some drilling and tapping during the install. The hardware is made in the USA from domestic hardened steel, and the design is patented here as well. An instruction manual ships in the box and free tech support is available, but we recommend having a professional installer do the work using those supplied instructions.
