The kit is made in America from domestic hardened steel, carries a US patent, and fits every trim of the Chevrolet Corvette C3, covering the full 1968 through 1982 run.

The hinges are a direct bolt-on and mount to the factory bolt pattern, so the kit works with the mounting points your Corvette already has instead of forcing a universal design onto it.
